Hemos estado una semana allí y todas las excursiones las hemos contratado todo con una guía simpatiquísima que se llama Blanca. Se nota que conocía de la zona y que le apasiona su trabajo. Buen asesoramiento y calidad en el servicio. Trato amable, seguro que si volvemos repetimos con ella.

Haven't booked anything before coming to Tenerife, so took a quick look at the office as it was right in front of the hotel. I was greeted by Blanca who is very friendly and knowledgeable about the area and the possible trips at this time of the year. I was on a trip to Mount Tiede the next day which was really beyond fantastic and very well organized. Ended up going back and having Blanca planning the whole trip as it was obviously in safe hands 🙂 from nature/cultural trips and sightseeing to shuttles to the south to scuba diving and a flamenco show. It was really well planned and she was always very friendly and welcoming. Thanks for all your help, Blanca! 🙂

really can’t understand all the reviews praising the lady’s “professionalism”

We chose this business to rent a car for our days in Tenerife because it was right in front of our hotel. Unfortunately, the lady there was was extremely pushy and tried talking us into booking the Loro Parque (which we had already visited), a day trip to La Gomera, parachuting, scuba diving, the submarine, etc. although we made it clear that we ONLY came to rent a car. In the end, we even ended up booking the submarine and she STILL tried making us buy other trips. But the best part is yet to come! We ended up booking the day trip to La Gomera in the store a few meters away from hers, which by the way had the SAME agency (the only difference being that the lady there was a lot nicer and not as penetrant as her). When she saw us on our way to our hotel, she came over the street and told us that she still had free space for La Gomera although when we rented our car she clearly said it wouldn’t be possible to book this trip a day before. All in all, we explained her that we already had booked the trip, to which she tried talking us into booking it from her AGAIN. After we didn’t do what she wanted us to, she went away in anger and didn’t even say “goodbye” or anything, which in my opinion is just a very annoying and unprofessional thing to do.

(Another fun fact about her: She mainly keeps an eye out for tourist families and even when people decline her offers, she still continues walking behind them and won’t accept a simple “no”)

Siamo stati (purtroppo) soltanto una settimana a Puerto de la Cruz. Ci è piaciuto molto, si mangia benissimo ma soprattitto abbiamo fatto molte attività: escursione al Teide, siamo stati al Loro Parque e visto delfini e balene. Tutto questo grazie a Blanca, persona molto simpatica e disponibile. Ci ritorneremo molto volentieri

Wir haben uns spontan über das Angebot informieren wollen und wurden sehr freundlich durch Blanca beraten. Die Ausflüge mit dem Car haben uns sehr gefallen und es hat immer alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit funktioniert.
Der 5 Stündige Ausflug auf der Shogun mit piratenpicknick ist ebenfalls sehr unterhaltsam.
