Realicé como chofer para esa compañía más de 40 viajes en Miami, eso fue el año pasado, a la fecha no me han cancelado ni uno de ellos. Un fraude total a quienes le ayudan a generar ingresos a esta compañía. Ahora puedo justificar los comentarios negativos de pacientes y personal que laboraba y decidió dejar esta compañía.

My fiance and I ride with fermed once a week, the dispatch lady is very nice and is always there to answer any questions we have, we have been riding with them for almost a year and haven't really had too many problems, and if there ever was a problem they handled it very quickly. Most of their drivers are very nice and usually on time. I am pretty happy with this company and I don't plan on changing companies anytime soon

If you notice the majority of 5 star reviews are Spanish last names. That is because the owner forces her family and staff to post fake reviews. They don't show up for their scheduled trips leaving poor sick individuals with no way to their medical appointments. I have made over 20 calls in an attempt to confirm a scheduled trip only to hear God awful Celine Dion music and be told their voicemail is full. Why accept weekend trips if you have no staff working on the weekend. This company needs to be shut down! I highly suggest that if your medical provider uses this company that you call and demand they attempt to reach them to confirm your trip. When they ate not able to ask for a supervisor and request a new company. They can not continue to give this fraud of a company business. One day a patient will die because of a missed appointment and they will go under from a lawsuit mark my words!!! This is a FAKE COMPANY. No one answers the phone because it goes directly to the owners personal cell phone that doesnt answer it. She intentionally let's trips go unanswered and forges signatures for Medicaid to pay her. They need to be closed DOWN. Stop discriminatory practices against low income individuals! We deserve high quality healthcare services just like everyone else!!! Boycott these businesses that leave you stranded. Record all phone calls to them and your medicaid provider when you call to report them and send the recordings to your local news crew! We need to get the attention of the public for this to change.

They are suppose to be at pick up location a hr prior to appointment. Well don't count on them. I had a 9 am appointment, driver never called or came by it was 8:40 and no one showed up to take me to an urgent appointment which was a 43 minute drive. Now its scheduled out in July. This company is very unprofessional. Oh and i forgot to mention this is the second time i keep my daughter out of school for an appointment and they never showed up.
