As conveyed to me and on schedule, David showed up in a big beautiful rig, more than capable of towing my coach. He was awesome and he made a very difficult situation much better. Thank you!

WOW. I can honestly say without any reservation, question or doubt that Kauff’s is by far the best Towing company on the planet.

I say this because from my first contact with Billy in the office and ending with David my Tow Truck Driver Operator, it was the most professional, courteous, respectful and remarkable tow experience you could have imagined. Those two are rock stars and really know how to deliver Outstanding Excellence in Customer Service.

All of my expectations of how I wanted my tow to go were more than met. They were by far extraordinarily exceeded. I could not have believed that they would or could do such an exceptional job. At the end there was nothing they could have done better. They did it all with proficiency, perfection, care and concern.

It all began when I spoke with Billy to inquire about a tow. Right off the bat I was impressed that all he cared about was what I needed and at what time and place. He never said “let me check my schedule to see if we can fit you in.” Instead he said “where and what time is convenient for you and I promise we will be there.” It was all about me, not him. It felt so good that he put me first and he made me feel like I was an important and valued customer. That is what great service is all about.

And true to his word, the Kauff’s Tow Truck arrived at the exact time and place that Billy promised. It was so thoughtful that they respected and recognized me and my time commitments and did not make me wait or make me have to call them to see where they were or why they were late or worse yet be worried that they might not show at all. That too is what great service is all about.

Then I met David whose clean, well-groomed and professional presence made a strong first impression. And not only was his appearance sharp, so was the Kauff’s Tow Truck. It was super clean, highly polished and detailed and shiny. It was immaculate and it was clear that David took much pride in the way he and his truck looked. I thought if they take such good care of their equipment that they too will do the same with my vehicle. After David politely introduced himself, without delay, he went right to work. It was very obvious he really cared about treating my vehicle with care as he began preparing it to be towed away. He made sure to protect it the best he could so as not to cause any damage or dings. From my untrained eye I could tell that David was very knowledgeable and experienced as he worked with high energy while doing quality work without any wasted effort or time. He knew exactly what needed to be done and he did it with expertise, enthusiasm and high quality. He took no shortcuts in his work and double checked everything for safety to ensure the tow would be perfect. If that was not enough, I know he did everything he could to make me a very satisfied customer, which he did.

As it turned out, it was a perfect tow and a perfect experience. Thank you Kauff’s.

I was so lucky that I chose Kauff’s Towing. From beginning to end I was treated with the utmost in respect and courtesy while receiving customer service that was out of this world. They did an awesome and amazing job and for me they should be the role model for all Towing Companies on how to give exemplary customer service in a towing business.
