Not sure what happened here, the truck never showed up, went to the wrong address and I would have never known it had it not been for one of the local print shop workers calling me to say there was a truck there asking for me. I called three times throughout the day to make sure the driver was en route but never got a return call and then my customer service rep left for the day without providing a solution. My freight is still sitting in the loading dock and we missed our receiving deadline because of this. Huge disappointment and waste of our time!!

Tried to bill me for extra fees 2 months after delivery. Created a bogus back dated invoice and said it was "past due". Said it was a "residential" fee. Delivery was not residential, then they said that was a mistake, it's a "limited access" fee. That also doesn't apply. Then they said "oh wait it WAS residential fee". Never disclosed, notified or billed this made up "fee". Multiple complaints filed. Never again.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They used a third party hauler who lost our equipment on the way to a trade show. They only located the equipment after a week of searching after the trade show was completed losing 8K for my company. After claiming they would help us make a claim to our insurance provider and the 3rd party they are basically just standing behind their terms and conditions as they are not responsible for incidentals. This would not be incidental if they did not hire a third party hauler that lost our equipment. AVOID AT ALL COSTS IF YOU VALUE YOUR PRODUCTS AND AVOID AT ALL COST FOR TRADE SHOWS!!! Im already looking into legal representation against this company.

worst delivery I have ever experienced.. (if they will ever be able to deliver)
we are waiting for our US (air!!) freight since more than 5 weeks
not able to clear correctly or deliver the correct goods.
after all the weeks they showed up with the wrong freight !!
a complete "service" nightmare
