The United crew were excellent to work with! The removal of two large irregular shaped canopies (one 65' in the air) called for some tricky lift angles and had us (Owner) intially concerned. United were very thorough in the pre-removal efforts and put everyone at ease. On the day of the removals, all of the planning paid off, and the lifts went off very smoothly! Looking forward to working with these folks again!! Thanks again to Bridget & Kim and the entire team (even the flag persons were capable and nice..!!). Well done United Crane & Rigging.

I've used United Crane for a number of deliveries to tricky roof top locations over the years, from West Village townhouses, to a mansion in Turtle Bay, and have never experienced anything but top notch service and care. Their people handle everything - permits, parking, street closure, etc. On the day of delivery they have always made the work flow seamlessly for our crew, and the work is always done carefully, and on time. United Crane helped us lift solar racking, panels, inverters and other equipment to the top of a 9 story building in the Bronx. United had great communication throughout the process of getting a permit and even allowed us to ship materials to their office a day before the lift. During the lift the United team was very efficient and professional.

We used these guys for the first time on a $25 Mil NYC DPR project. The work involved difficult picks of 6 modular trailers onto a 4,000 SF concrete foundation with piers and anchors. The pick was in an incredibly difficult position and the alignment had to be within millimeters. On top of the inherent logistical issues a crane broke down, a storm came and some of the piers were not plumb.

Despite all of the above the rigging crew persevered for FIFTEEN (15) hours and got the job done in the only day we had the clearance to perform the work. I cannot recommend these guys enough, other hoisting/crane companies would have put their tools down and left.
