What an awesome experience with this tow company. Jesus and Victor went above and beyond their call of duty to make sure my diesel pusher got to my house. Alexis called to update during lull periods to keep us posted and even showed up to bring an extra needed tool. Unbelievable company from start to finish.

Now THIS is a great towing company. After having 3 lousy service calls from Liberty Towing over the years, it is nice to see a company that puts my faith back into people. I called my insurance at 5:30pm and the estimated arrival time was 6:30pm. The technician Gabriel called me at 6:30pm and said he was 20 minutes out. He arrived right when he said he would. He was very pleasant and changed out my tire fast and efficiently.

Francisco towed my car and took me home. He arrived earlier than the ETA time that was given to me from my insurance. Francisco even called me when he was 15min away and knew exactly where I was located. (I was by a baseball field & some business. I had such a hard time describing to my insurance where I was but Francisco knew right where I was, since he knew the area) He was very professional, a great driver, and played some good music.

We were in a wreck in a rental car, and they towed it to their yard. We had to get a replacement car and these guys waited after hours for us to get our things out of the wrecked car. They were very professional and friendly!

This company is rude, I received a parking ticket from the city of Los Angeles. I am fighting the ticket. They requested any documentation showing my RV was towed. After going back and forth with Good Sam. Was advised the company could simply provide a work order. This towing company refuses to assist me. They are rude. Show no compassion. I am unhoused, and do not have an extra $93.00 for a parking ticket. I have advised Good Sam to never send this towing company for future service calls. It's unbelievable this day and age, people do not want to help out each other. Smh.
