I am sad about my experience. I had set a date to transport my vehicles but it did not happen because we were still waiting for dispatch to come pick up both vehicles. Vehicles were shipped 2 weeks late. I was charge a toll dumbarton bridge Fremont, CA while it was being transported. From the picture that was included looks like dispatch drove in my car and did not pay toll unless it was on the truck and camera took picture of my license plates thinking that the car was being driven. I think in the future we will use a different company from now on. When we ask about if we can put some belongings in the car they said it was okay and should be no charge as long it doesn’t cover the windows. When the day came dispatch charge me $300 because of the stuff inside the car. This is why we ask before hand. Caifornia to Wisconsin took about 4 days. Somehow he got lost and ask us to go where he is because the roads were blocked. Honestly if he took the right way to the location spot the roads wouldn’t be blocked. The time he suppose to get here was 5:30pm but didn’t receive car until 8pm.

It's definitely hard trying to find a driver who actually does door to door services. My friend who booked with a different company had to take a taxi 15 miles to meet the driver elsewhere. Xpress Auto Transport was the only company I found that committed to pick up at my exact location and delivery to my exact location, amazing.

My new Supra just got delivered, it feels like Christmas morning. The vehicle was lowered so they brought a special trailer and let me know it was picked up from the Dealership and was on the way. Happy to leave this review and tip the driver.
