Small yet fully functional with super friendly airport staff. The place is equipped with some interesting artifacts and promotes local artists.

I found their way of sorting garbage more appropriate with clear signs of type garbage to dispose of in the right bin.

When you compare any airport to Pearson in Toronto they’re going to win! This place is clean, appears well run and is easy to navigate. There are several food places where nobody is going hungry. Maybe not as many outlets for phone charging as there could be but it’s a nice airport. If you have time before your hit the Royal Winnipeg Aviation museum right by the airport - it’s awesome. Keep in mind they close at 5 pm
