I had a move set up with these folks which they sold to another company. When booking my move I was told my price was guaranteed and would not go up. The company they sold my move to showed up and charged an additional $4k. Atlas told me I must not have told them everything i had so it was my fault. I had told them I would need a semi trailer. The company that came out showed up with a 26 foot box truck half full of somebody else's stuff. I will never sign a contract with atlas again knowing that they sell their moves. Nobody is making anything right with furniture of mine that was damaged and Atlas told me I had to take it up with the company they sold the move to. I am very disappointed with this experience and am making sure the company i work for blacklist this company as one to move our people with.

Prager Moving & Storage (Naperville, IL) was fantastic! We moved out-of-state (Illinois to North Carolina), right after Christmas, while my mother was very ill with stage four cancer.

Thank goodness this company knows what they are doing! ( I would have not been able to take a botched move.) I have been referred to as a perfectionist from time to time and I can't think of anything to improve our experience with Prager.

From the initial contact with Steve (estimator), Holly (move coordinator) and John (driver), our family felt like our lives and goods were in excellent hands. Everyone in this company from the top down is professional, courteous and respectful. All the packers and loaders were excellent. Everything was so well packed and labeled. Everyone showed up or called when they said they would. The moving van was even freshly washed when it pulled up to our new home in North Carolina.

There were times during the process that I was concerned I may not get everything done that needed to be taken care of or may not be accurately communicating how much stuff we had to move. I was constantly reassured that "Prager does this all the time. We will take care of it." I can now 1000% say they do know what they are doing and they will take care of it!!

We have moved corporately several times. This move was our personal decision and I am very glad we selected Prager Moving! This was our best move yet!

The moving crew was excellent, wrapping the furniture extremely well and carefully moving it. Nothing was lost and nothing was damaged. The truck had to back nearly two block to get to our house and then stay parked at the bottom of the driveway because it was too steep to get up. I highly recommend Atlas.

Atlas Van Lines driver intentionally ran me into oncoming traffic! I didn't get out of his way and he intentionally ran me into oncoming traffic. I can't believe I survived! I immediately called the police made a report I was so shook up I couldn't drive. I called the 1-800 number everyday since, it's been 10 days. I've had very little response about the incident. I pulled up next to the driver at a stoplight and took his picture and they have a clear picture of him waving and laughing at me! If I don't get a response phone call back satisfying me that the driver was spoken with and reprimand it my next phone call is my attorney.

Easy to work with. They will pack everything for you, or you can pack and save some money. All involved with our move were professional, courteous, on time and very careful with our things. If we move again, we would definitely use Atlas.

I was moving a long distance across the United States, and timing and good care were essential for me. Atlas Van Lines was recommended to me by AAA. Looking into less expensive ones, as well as one with similar cost, I selected Atlas because the initial computer survey by the agent of my belongings was professional and gave me a sense of security I needed for such an undertaking. I was able to get answers quickly when I needed additional information as the move date approached to determine what I would take. I chose to do the packing of the things I could handle, leaving the rest to the movers. There was a flexibility in setting the date and time of pick-up.

I was not disappointed with my choice. The crew who picked up my possessions arrived timely and worked efficiently, taking care of the details I had thought I would handle. They could not have been more polite or friendly. In scheduling the delivery date, the movers came in good time, and the delivery was equally efficient. The several items that needed special crating and handling came through perfectly, and only one dish of many in one of my boxes was broken, one I packed. All items were efficiently marked and nothing was lost.

Our entire experience from start to finish with Atlas Van Lines was top notch! Everything was clear from the communication, dates, the physical moving plan and arrival. Our Sales Rep Adam came to the house as soon as I called and evaluated (VERY accurately) what our move would look like. From there our driver Jeb and his loading crew AND unloading crew were amazing! All of our items were tagged, packed and respectfully unpacked with his very kind and hard working team of movers.
I will recommend them ALL to anyone and everyone and will definitely be requesting them again if we ever decide to relocate again. AWESOME experience!

From our first meeting with the sales rep to our conversations with the office and the delivery personnel, everything went smoothly and as expected. Estimates were accurate, everything was on time and all of our items arrived safely in NC after 6 months of storage. The movers at both ends were terrific, professional and helpful.
