This is the third car I have had shipped across country. It is far and away the most efficient professional shipment I have had. The company and the driver kept me fully informed by text and voice call the whole trip. Instead of just getting a call that the driver was here and come get it, I received two calls the day before telling me an estimated ETA and two calls the morning of delivery telling me where he was and when. I like the trailer better. Instead of having a hard side which always worries me about how the driver will get in my car without banging the door (I still don’t understand that), this trailer had folding sides giving the driver easy access. And to top it off, the driver was very friendly and easy to talk to. Oh yes, their bid was very competitive. I’ll go to them first and only the next time I ship a car.
